The Baptist Student Union (BSU) at Delta State University is a Christ-centered campus ministry that has been around for over 50 years, engaging college students in Christian community, discipleship, and missions.
We believe God designed students with amazing potential to influence their peers and communities in transformative ways. Our goal is to come alongside you during your formative college years to provide:
- a place to build lasting, caring friendships
- a community to ask hard questions and grow spiritually
- opportunities to lead Bible studies, worship gatherings, retreats
- local outreach and global mission trip options
- adventure, fun, and laughter along the journey
The BSU is funded by area Baptist churches, affiliated with the Mississippi Baptist Convention, but open to all DSU students regardless of denomination or background. We meet regularly on Monday nights for worship, and Wednesdays for discipleship, and host various social events throughout each semester.
